He pens a column in Koream Journal, and teaches in the MFA program at <a title=\"Pine Manor College Faculty\" href=\"http:\/\/www.pmc.edu\/mfa-faculty--staff\" target=\"_blank\">Pine Manor College<\/a> and at the <a title=\"Gotham Writer's Workshop\" href=\"http:\/\/www.writingclasses.com\/FacultyBios\/facultyBioByClassGenre.php\/ClassGenreCode\/FC\" target=\"_blank\">Gotham Writers\u2019 Workshop<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>David is available for readings, school visits, and Skype presentations.
